To reap the greatest benefits from therapy, you want to ensure that your therapist is licensed and experienced working with trauma and grief. If after a few sessions you feel that your therapist is unable to effectively address your situation, don’t hesitate to move on and find a different therapist who is better equipped to meet your needs.
